The second update of the initial assessment of the environmental status of marine waters

Chief Inspector of Environmental Protection, in accordance with the Article 151 (8) of the Polish Water Act of Law ensures the active participation of all interested parties of the public consultation of the second update of the initial assessment of the environmental status of marine waters. The document (in Polish), in accordance with the Article 151(9) of the Polish Water Act of Law will be available for submitting comments for 21 days from 20 January to 9 February 2024.

The second update of the set of characteristics for good environmental status

Chief Inspector of Environmental Protection ,in accordance with the Article 154 (2) of the Polish Water Act of Law ensures the active participation of all interested parties in the public consultation of the the second update of the set of characteristics for good environmental status. The document (in Polish), in acordance with the Article 154 (3) of the Polish Water Act of Law will be available for submitting comments for 21 days from 20 January to 9 February 2024.

Consultations completed

The update of the initial assessment of the environmental status of marine waters

In accordance with the Article 151 (8) of the Water Law Act, the Chief Inspector of Environmental Protection, as the competent authority, submitted to the public consultation draft of the update of the initial assessment of the environmental status of marine waters. In accordance with the Article 151 (8), the document was available for comments for 21 days, from May 3 to May 23, 2018.

The update of the set of properties typical of good environmental status

In accordance with the Article 154 (2) of the Water Law Act, the Chief Inspector of Environmental Protection, as the competent authority submitted to the public consultation draft of the update of the set of properties typical of good marine status. In accordance with the Article 154 (3) the document was available for comments for 21 days, from May 3 to May 23, 2018.
